Our Administration team oversees agency operations and can assist with general administrative concerns, escalated issues, business matters, service concerns, and questions that require management assistance.

Scheduler Coordinator

Our Scheduler Coordinator manages caregiver schedules and helps ensure clients have appropriate coverage. Contact Scheduling regarding caregiver assignments, schedule changes, missed visits, call-offs, replacement caregivers, availability, and other scheduling concerns.

Client Coordinator

Our Client Coordinator supports clients throughout their care experience. This department conducts client follow-ups and home visits, addresses concerns regarding care, assists with care coordination, communicates changes in client needs, and works with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers to help maintain quality services.

Office Clerk

Our Office Clerk provides front-office and administrative support. This department assists with general phone inquiries, documentation, records, paperwork, and directing clients, caregivers, and community partners to the appropriate member of our team.

Home-Delivered Meals – Chef/Kitchen

Our Home-Delivered Meals team prepares and coordinates nutritious meals for eligible clients. Contact the Meals department regarding meal selections, orders, dietary questions, menu concerns, subscriptions, order changes, and general questions about our Home-Delivered Meals program.

Meal Delivery Driver

Our Meal Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely transporting and delivering prepared meals directly to our clients' homes. Drivers follow assigned delivery routes, maintain accurate delivery records, handle meals according to food-safety requirements, and help ensure each client receives their scheduled delivery.

If a client is unavailable at the time of delivery, our drivers follow agency procedures to protect the client's meals and notify the appropriate team so follow-up can occur.
